Dialogue between Secretary-general of China-Africa Industrial Forum Cheng Zhigang and  Cape Verde ambassador Julio Morais in China

On March 17, 2011, Secretary-General Cheng Zhigang of China Africa Industrial Forum went to Cape Verde embassy in China for the deep talks. Ambassador  fluently introduced Cape Verde's investment environment and cultural atmosphere for Secretary-General in English, Portuguese and Chinese language. At the same time, the ambassador invited secretary-General  joining in the cooperation project on Cape Verde and the CIPA.

Secretary-General: Thank you for your kind invitation, China Africa Industrial Forum is the organization guided by the Stated-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The forum is committed to develop China-Africa economic and trade exchanges and cultural exchanges. we formulate the strategic plan for trade and investment in Africa and organize Chinese enterprises to invest and visit in African countries.

Ambassador: I work at Cape Verde Embassy in China for five years My main purpose is promoting arts and culture. Now I intend to expand the new field of economic and trade. From Cape Verde established diplomatic relations with China in the year of 1976, both countries have good diplomatic relations. Cape Verde thanks for China's assistance. This book introduces African countries' new Investment opportunities for China and world recommended by the Ambassador.
