Background
Africa is a indispensable market whose trade volume reaches to three hundred billion dollars per year. As this place, it not only has more than 900 million people and more than lands of thirty million square kilometers, above all, it has rich resources, but also its industries production capacity is severely underdeveloped. African lands mainly exports products as resources but as machine equipments, daily necessities and medicines and so on that mainly depends on imports.
At the early of twentieth century, as started a African century. The marginal lands becomes a concerned place in very rapidly speed. Recently years, African economies enters into rapid development's periods. Fortunately, Chinese and African friendship in decades of years become the basis for friendly cooperation that makes Chin and Africa trade and investment have a never-ending potential. World begins to note Chinese development in Africa. On November, 2009, After China-Africa forum summit's successful opening, Europe, America, even Korea, Japan and India and so on countries begin to contact with African with similar trial. Many kinds of forum and relevant measures begins to be formulated for African cooperation. Beyond doubt, world begins to concern on Africa and increases development to African market.
Chairman Hu Jintao visited to four African countries to solidify friendship, deepen cooperation, face challenge and commonly realize development. this is a very friendly cooperation travel. The visits has a very successful result. Mainly reflected in following four aspects: 1. Reach a new consensus for commonly facing international financial crisis's challenge. 2. Drive China, Asian and African countries'relationship going into a new step. 3. Promote mutual win-win pragmatic cooperation further developing. 4. w strengthen its new effects.
To fully know African basic countries'status and relevant investment trade information, China Africa Industrial forum invited United Nations Industrial development Organization, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Development Research Center of The State Council, Africa Friendship Association, China Academy of Social Sciences, China Development Bank, African Embassy and relevant experts that forms a report group to the round of talks in more than thirty cities.

This report group adopts the forms inviting local government and relevant organization through China Africa Industrial forum's secretariat, then confirm and arrange time sheet.
