Ambassador: After your brief introduction, I understand China Africa Industrial Forum's purpose that means CAIF.  As we all know, Chinese economy is growing rapidly and that its impact is remarkable. African countries also benefit from this positive impact .So we really need organization such as CAIF to effectively guide Chinese enterprises invest in Africa or invest in Djibouti so that more people understand Africa and more people understand China.

Secretary-General: We know that in Djibouti is an important country   in eastern Africa and Djibouti port is an important port in East Africa.

Ambassador: Djibouti is a very small country located in Eastern Africa with a total area of only 23,200 square kilometers. Djibouti's agriculture and industry are undeveloped. Djibouti mainly is service-oriented. Therefore, the construction of infrastructure is particularly important for Djibouti. Port-based shipping services play an important role in the national economy of Djibouti. One third needed oil of United States and Western Europe quarter needed food of Western Europe are transferred through our country. Djibouti port has important strategic position named as Oil channel.

Currently, there are many infrastructure construction projects are created by Chinese companies. Such as CHINA GEZHOUBA（GROUP）CORPORATION（CGGC）. Djibouti's railway is not well developed still remaining the level of 100 years ago. Road usage is very high which has reached 80%. Therefore, strengthening the building of the railway network is very important for Djibouti.  We welcome China come to investment in railway construction.

In energy, Djibouti has no oil, but is rich in salt mine reserves. Salt reserves Djibouti is about 2,000,000,000 tons. Chinese enterprises could also consider cooperation with Djibouti in import and export of salt.

In addition some Chinese enterprises invest telecommunications in Djibouti, Huawei and ZTE are more influential.

Tertiary industry is developed as a small country. Djibouti attaches great importance to infrastructure construction. In this regard, we can see Chinese enterprises anywhere. So we can say, China makes great contribution for development of infrastructure in Djibouti.
